Will the CS:GO subscription transfer to CS2 once it comes out?

Will we have to buy a different subscription once it comes out or does it transfer?

We don't know if they will update the anti-cheat but most likely it won't be transfered

The subscription will most likely transfer, however, maybe they change the cheat's price so maybe you won't get the same amount of days transfered.

Q: What's gonna happen to the current cheat version? What will happen to our current subscriptions?
A: All frozen or active subscriptions will be saved. Most likely we will create a separate product in which we will upgrade and create new functionality for a new engine from scratch. The old version will be maintained as long as it is supported by Valve Corporation. We will stop maintaning it after the official shutdown and replace it with the new version.
