Hi, what are movement options? They are good to flex movements with my friends like jb, lj, autostrafe etc?
And also, has nade helper? To do some a or b smokes and these stuff?

Movement options allow you to download other stuff people have posted involving movement, which allows you to pull off jumps in MM or even in a private game, midnight also has nade helper which you can also configure to automatically look at where you need to throw the nade, or even position you need to be in to do so as well.
