0XC000007b error during installation midnight CS2 - Win 10

Hello guys.
I got 0XC000007b error when I'm trying to open the file .exe.
I saw some of you got the same problem, but I didn't find solution.

Ofc windows defender, antivirus and SmartScreen are off.
