"unable to download the files..." Any suggestion ?

Hello guys
I don't know if this is the right place but does anyone have a coherent solution for this error message?
"unable to download the files required to play GTA ONLINE from the Rockstar Games service".
If this isn't the place, I'll delete my post.
I only have this problem on my main PC, not on my laptop.
I tried so much things. I've uninstalled it, just installed it this morning on my laptop and it works. But not on my main PC.

Is it possible that my PC has fucked something up because of modders ?
I've uninstalled Social Club, deleted the files in "Document",...

I have 2 error messages in the same time, the first one that we don't see is "Grand Theft Auto Online save data could not be loaded from the Rockstar cloud servers" and after, the second one.
