Update time depends on what was updated on the game itself and at what hour this update happened.

For now, it seems there's no automatic updater, so every time a game update comes out, the developers have to check manually, so if they're sleeping or not at home, they can't do this and you'll have to wait more. At the time I'm posting this message the cheat is working just fine.
