I would like to ask if the client will update itself or if you have to download a new one from the web.

при включении чита он скачивется заново, при выходе из игры он удаляется и естественно при каждом скачивании лаунчера будет скачиватся последняя версия.

Both cheat and loader updates are downloaded automatically to your system when you open the loader.

The cheat itself doesn't seem to be automatically updated, no auto-updater for that yet. So when a game update comes out, it'll take some time for the developers to update the cheat, but once the update is out, you don't have to do anything different to continue using the cheat.
