First of is there a way to teleport yourself into people vehicle

Remote control vehicle ? The option on the menu called control vehicle is super buggy very unsmooth compared to other menus a good reference would be Yim FREE open source mod menu Remote control vehicle feature works perfect takes control of players vehicle taking all control from player putting you both in driving seat

All needed improvements imo

Yes, you can teleport into the player's vehicle. You choose interaction, teleport yourself as a player, and below you will choose which method
