It is enough just to turn off the antivirus and, if possible, the firewall, since sometimes the antivirus clears the necessary files to run the software, or the firewall blocks access to downloading additional content to run Cheat. Try one of these methods, I think it should help.

UPD: and do not forget to download the launcher again from the site after that, it happens that the antivirus damages the software file.
