how long it take to ban someone that uses the cheat for cs go if he plays legit? . and if 100% the anti cheat cant detect the cheat?

ive been using this for 4 months now. no vac.
but one of my accounts got overwatched(game banned) NOT VAC.
that was because i played vs a team of cheaters. and actually tried to beat them. which forced me to play like a fucking cheater.
play nice and you wont get a ban.
