I keep getting startup error #1 any fixes?

I dont get the error but when i start the injector and it injects after i click ONLINE to play online in the modmenu it loads the luas and then the game closes and theres no error code whatsoever, thats literally all it says in the log:

Even without lua scripts it still crashes... just tried it

I wrote to the support they told me to disable Skeletons in VIsuals -> ESP -> Skeletons
after that everything worked fine also got very good support within 2 mins
