Midnight logo on players at scoreboard

I saw some videos that if there are players who uses midnight in the same match, they can see if the other guy has the same cheat, you can see him/her cheating on scoreboard (when pressed tab) as a small midnight logo near the username. also the skinchanger skins are visible to each other. Is that true? If it is, can we turn that features off for the sake of playing legit and avoid any reports from other cheaters
