my cheat won't boot.. PLS HELP-ME

my cheat doesn't boot after loading an open message for me to open CSGO. when i opened it, it crashed and the cheat just doesn't work. and now it's infinitely loading on this screen and it won't come out. I have disabled all antivirus and uninstalled the firewall disabled windows defender. I formatted the computer. but still like that...

what to do? HELP ME.............BUG
