i`m trying to buy the cheat has 2 days and i never can cause the site refuse my card, but i tryed to buy other thing with the same card and it was accepted, can someone help or say why my card wasn`t accepted in this site?

Bruhh im trying to buy that thing has 4 days and i can`t, i`m from brazil and my friends all of they are having the same problem so if someone of you can help i will be so gratfull
