Keeps loading and doenst work...

I have been trying to use midnight on cs2 and it keeps loading indefinitely....
After 40 minutes loading an error message appears Startup error. Code 0x0910100B. Please contact support. Create a ticket?
Is this happening to anyone else? Can anybody help?
