MY CS2 ALWAYS GET CRASHED WHEN FIRST START TO PREMIER MATCH

My game always get crashed when first start to Premier Match, although i turn off all anti virus. I must start again and reconnect to the match to play with cheat active.
When i check the dump file it say :
