No guides on how to properly setup a config anywhere?

I want to make a legit/semi rage config where I can have aimbot snap onto target if needed. I know its possible But don't know how. And Other stuff I don't know what to keep high and what to keep low. Do I just have to worry about keeping my fov low around 3 - 5 and everything else mid/high to how I like it?
