Change menu opening key?

Hi, my friend who also use midnight has problem. He have 65% keyboard and he doesnt have insert so he cant open the menu, is there bind where he can change that? Only time when he can open cheat menu is after he open cs, and it automaticly open menu and after he close it he cant open it again.
