yeah i can't use it as well. Well we should play legit fr today

I asked my friends they told me it could take upto 12 to 18 hours. Usually it's done very quick in 3-4 hours but since it's big update it might take little longer than usual.

if it's back do i have to download the launcher again or it's enough to open the old one and get the patch from there?
will my old CFG work still? (skins mainly, the rest I don't change from default)
