What is the detection rate?

I've used external cheats for years, I've never been banned. I want to try an internal cheat, but I'm worried. Because they write examples in the past about mass bans in some vac updates. How is Midnigh about this? I am waiting for comments from long-term users.

To be honest, I played with blick1337 legit config and only got called out by noobs (10k under)... just as if i was playing legit for real. Without cheats my rank is 20k avarage, I only turn on wall when i`m 99% sure someone is cheating on the other team so... almost every game lol
