This script was originally made by hotline here but it didn't work so i decided to update&change it and to the latest version.

[ Information ]
-This script changes your nightclub popularity to max.

[ Usage ]
- Type !pop in the chat.

Try this:
put the file in the "lua" folder not in "lib".
i dont know if its only working on global chat or working on other i dont tested that. try global chat.

Weird. When I do it, the popularity bar is still empty

your cant put it in the lib file its a filler file
