Since open beta testing is currently underway, this status is set so that users don't waste subscription days, participation in beta testing is taken by users who had active subscriptions before the CS2 update

The product, as far as I and everyone I know has tested, is safe. The current state is 'Use at own risk' because the subscription is frozen, meaning the cheat can be used but no days are counted, basically, infinite subscription (for now) since it's an Semi-Open Beta.
