Not at the moment, you need to wait until it comes out of beta
CS:GO keys can't be activated now. CS2 access is an semi-open beta only for users who had an active subscription before 27/SEP/2023.
You won't be able to activate your CS:GO key until the CS2 cheat becomes public. Even when it becomes public, the key may still not work, you can open a Support Ticket but they'll probably tell you to just refund the key.
