U can't use. Coz ur acc has been banned. I have few ideas why u get ban.
1 u give some1 ur sub
2 insulting the staff/support cheat
3 sell ur acc

Ur u use cheat on 2 pc. For example at home. And at ur friend pc

I dont know where to find it because everywhere I click on the account shows the message that im banned and i cant find a receipt anywhere coz this was a long time ago.

U buy from reseller. Go to mail and find mail from seller where u buy sub and u will have key
